Uber Eats Marketplace
Uber lists “Uber Delivery 30%”, “Self-delivery 16%” and “Pick-up 6%”. These are marketplace fees for orders placed in the Uber Eats app.
Uber Eats Webshop and Direct
Webshop lists Uber Delivery at 25%, self-delivery at 6% and pick-up at 6%. Uber Direct lists a fixed fee plus a distance fee, without a public dollar amount on the page.
Activation and device fees
Uber lists a $700 one-off activation fee excluding GST for a new location, $350 excluding GST for each subsequent location, and a possible $200 excluding GST damage fee per supplied device.
