Marketing that runs itself while you run the venue.
Your venue's campaigns planned, created and ready to go live, using your brand and your own customer data. Simply approve and start bringing people back.
First venues go live in October. Priority to the waitlist.

What's missing in most venue marketing today?

Your weekday lunch crowd, weekend bookers and big spenders should each see a different offer.

When service gets busy, marketing gets pushed aside, on exactly the days it would work best.

Bookings and orders pile up. Nobody can message the people in them, and nobody asked permission.

A regular goes quiet and nobody notices for a month. No “we miss you”, no birthday, no reason to return.

Posts go out. Nobody knows who came, or what it was worth.
Why run marketing manually, when it can run itself?
Comfort menu and a delivery reminder to members in your zone.
A “we miss you” email with a small reason to return.
Ask for a Google review by SMS, to that one person.
Nothing goes out. Your customers are not nagged.
Introducing the club that runs itself
Grow the club at the counter and online. Bring the right people back. Keep going, every week, with a report that says what happened.

[Your Venue] Regulars
- 1Counter, bookings, orders, socials and receipts all recruit.
- 2NFC and QR signage arrives in the post.
- 3Lane A starts here: no database yet.

The right invitation, to the right people
- 1Lapsed regulars, birthdays, quiet Tuesdays, wet Thursdays.
- 2Permission recorded, one contact policy per person.
- 3Lane B starts here: you already have a list.

Weekly, seasonal, demand-led
- 1Posts, messages, occasions and reviews, proposed weekly.
- 2A plain-words report every month.
- 3The club is still recruiting.
Six things it does every week
- Your venue is understood automaticallyMenu, hours, busy nights and brand voice, from the platform you already run.
- Campaigns pre-built when something changesA quiet Tuesday, rain on Thursday, a lapsed regular, a tenth stamp.
- Customers grouped for youRegulars, high spenders, at-risk, first-timers, with consent per channel.
- What, who and when, decidedEmail, SMS, push, post or nothing. Channel and timing picked; you approve.
- A calendar ready to approveAround two posts a week from your menu and the season, not a quota.
- Reviews asked at the right momentRight after a reward is earned, and tracked in one place.
How it works
Your venue is understood instantly
Menu, hours, sections and voice from WOWAPPS.
The club recruits
Counter kit, bookings, orders and socials.
Signals become plays
Quiet days, weather, lapsed members, milestones.
You approve
A minute a week: yes, change or skip.
It keeps improving
Sourced learning: you told us, we observed, we are testing.
What changes when your marketing runs itself
Built the honest way. Your name is on every message.
- Campaigns do not stop when the team gets busy.
- A regular who goes quiet gets a reason to return, not silence.
- Every message is counted: who came, what it was worth.
- A booking is not consent. Opt-in recorded per venue, channel, purpose and wording.
- The first return play waits for around 50 usable members, so results mean something.
- Installed in 30 days with a database; up to 90 to build a club from nothing.
Stop chasing strangers. Grow the people you already have.
Tell us your venue and whether you are starting from zero or from a spreadsheet. We show you the lane, the first 30 days and what the club looks like with your name on it, then a monthly price.
You're on the list.
We will be in touch with your lane and the first 30 days.
Straight answers
Is Growth a separate product from the rest of WOWAPPS?
Growth is one guided programme that sits on top of your WOWAPPS bookings, ordering, app and Lois. Loyalty is included. You can start Growth on its own, and it works best when the counter, the bookings and the orders all feed the club.
We have no customer database. Can we start?
Yes. That is Lane A: we build the club promise and pass, deliver the counter kit, and recruit through staff, bookings, orders and socials. The return layer starts once the club is big enough to be useful, usually within 30 to 90 days.
We have a spreadsheet of past customers. Can you use it?
That is Lane B. We import it, separate valid, consented contacts from duplicates and unknown-permission records, and start the return layer for eligible contacts straight away. A row in a spreadsheet is not automatically a club member; permission is recorded per channel.
Will you spam my customers?
No. One contact policy per customer, an opt-in recorded for every channel, and the quiet option when nothing is needed that week. A booking is not consent, and we treat it that way.
What do I have to do each week?
Approve what is ready. The programme proposes the posts, messages and occasions; you say yes, change or skip. Minutes a week, not an afternoon.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The club works as an app-free pass saved to the phone, with your WOWAPPS app as the option for regulars who want one-tap reorders.
How much does it cost?
Growth is priced per venue on a monthly plan with no lock-in. Ask us for the plan that fits your lane.
What does Growth help a venue do?
Growth uses the venue's customer data and built-in marketing tools to encourage loyalty, repeat visits and repeat orders.
Where does the customer data come from?
WOWAPPS can add customer details from direct orders and bookings to the venue's own customer database.
Which marketing channels are available?
The public product copy describes email, SMS and push notifications. SMS marketing requires a connection to a third-party system.
Can I schedule messages?
Yes. WOWAPPS says push notifications can be sent immediately or scheduled for a chosen time.
Can Growth support offers and win-back campaigns?
Yes. The marketing tools include discount codes, win-back rewards and time-based or VIP specials.
Is Growth separate from bookings and ordering?
It is part of the wider WOWAPPS toolset. Bookings and orders can build the customer database that the marketing and loyalty tools use.
